1. Service Description

ClawNest provides hosted AI assistant instances powered by OpenClaw. Each customer receives a dedicated, isolated container running their own AI assistant connected to their preferred messaging platform.

2. Your Responsibilities

• API Keys: You provide your own AI provider API key (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.). You are responsible for all costs charged by your AI provider.
• Bot Tokens: You create and manage your own messaging bot tokens (Telegram, Discord, etc.).
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the service for spam, harassment, illegal activities, or any purpose that violates your AI provider's terms of service.
• Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, API keys, and bot tokens secure.

3. What We Provide

• A dedicated container with OpenClaw pre-installed and configured
• Automatic setup and configuration of your AI assistant
• Access to skills marketplace
• Dashboard for monitoring and managing your instance
• Instance restart and basic management capabilities

4. Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• You can cancel anytime from your billing portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
• After cancellation, your instance will be deprovisioned within 7 days
• No refunds for partial months

5. Data & Privacy

• Your conversations flow directly between your messaging platform and your AI provider — we do not store or read them
• Your API keys are stored in your isolated container and are not accessible to other customers
• We store your email, name, and billing information for account management
• We do not sell your data to third parties

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance windows may occur. We are not liable for downtime caused by your AI provider, messaging platform, or network issues.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or fail to pay. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

ClawNest is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
