What We Collect
- Account info: Name, email address, and hashed password
- Billing info: Managed by Stripe — we never see your full card number
- Instance config: Your chosen AI provider, channel type, and model preference
What We Don't Collect
- Conversations: Your chats go directly between your messaging app and AI provider. We never store, read, or process them.
- API keys: Stored only inside your isolated container. Not accessible to us or other customers during normal operation.
- Message content: We have no logging or monitoring of your assistant's conversations.
How We Use Your Data
- To create and manage your account
- To provision and maintain your AI assistant instance
- To process payments via Stripe
- To send you important service notifications
Third Parties
- Stripe: Payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
- Cloudflare: CDN and security (Cloudflare Privacy Policy)
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties
Data Security
- Each customer instance runs in an isolated container
- Passwords are salted and hashed
- All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS
- Infrastructure is protected by firewall rules and intrusion detection
Data Retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active
- After account deletion or subscription cancellation, instance data is destroyed within 7 days
- Billing records may be retained as required by law

- You can view and update your account info from Settings
- You can request account deletion by contacting us
- You can export your data by contacting us
